It's not okay for cis women to be disadvantaged career wise and, well, with a lot more. Now imagine a trans woman. And most people find it difficult to imagine that someone was born in the wrong body. In fact, when I surf the Internet, most people say that I am simply crazy, that I have lost my mind. There are only males and females. I should please go and die.

Back to the job: I'm certainly not doing myself any favors with a transition.
